伊羅飯店(Hotel Iro)

Pessimo Hotel. Personale scortese. Nel contratto era previsto che la camera era dotata anche di asciugacapelli. Non solo non c era, me ne hanno prestata una ma l'hanno voluta subito indietro e me l'hanno fatta comprare. Alla reception , il personale scortese dal primo giorno. Cibo pessimo. Tutto il personale sta li a guardare cosa mangi, cosa no e quanto mangi...Se prendi un bicchiere d'acqua in più te lo fanno pagare. Ti fanno pagare anche l'aria che respiri. Se stai morendo di sete, prima devi pagare il bicchiere d'acqua e poi bevi. TROPPO TIRCHI. Le camere puzzano di chiuso e di vecchio. Biancheria sporca. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Cambiate hotel subito.

Qualità e prezzo ottimo noi avevamo colazione compresa direi ottima saltavamo pure il pranzo bagno piccolino ma x una vacanza va bene il personale gentilissimo e Maria eccellente! Tutti i gg camera pulita e asciugamani puliti! Cosa dire "GRAZIE "

Проживала в отеле с 11.06-18.06 вместе с подругой. Выбрали данный отель по критериям соотношения цены и качества. Были очень приятно удивлены, что в отеле питание лучше многих 4* отелей в Греции. Питание происходит в соседнем отеле Sergios 3*. За неделю еда ни разу не повторялась, каждый день чтото новое. Главный ресторан очень стильный, после ремонта. Персонал это душа отеля, каждый на своем месте. Сам отель Iro конечно не новый, нужно понимать, что этот отель подходит больше для самостоятельных путешественников. Локация отеля супер, городской пляж рядом, но нам больше понравился пляж 3 км от отеля Sarantari beach. Из небольших минусов хочется отметить небольшой выбор фруктов за ужином, а так питание на ура. Были даже и мидии. Вообщем для активных, самостоятельных путешественников больше чем рекомендую! Violeta :) Thanks Hotel IRO and Sergios!

This hotel is joke. We have stayed here for two weeks. We have arrived around midnight and we could cry. There is no reception in Iro hotel and you will be having your meals at the hotel next door. There is no warning when you book your stay with love holidays. Be careful it spoiled our holidays big time! Iro hotel is dirty and the owner (lady) is very rude and she is a liar as well. Check in you have to do in Sergios hotel next door to Iro hotel. When we saw the room we have booked we cried. It was not matching pictures and descriptions at all. There was no flat screen tv as advertised. Mattress was so bad my wife couldn’t sleep all night due to springs poking her bones. We went to talk to the receptionist in Sergios. Receptionist/owner (lady) was so rude to us. She said she can’t do anything, you have booked this room and that’s it. When I have asked her where is the flat screen tv, she replied not all rooms have been refurbished. We have found old the in wardrobe 🤦🏼‍♀️. She agreed to change the mattress for a better one. Balcony is so small you can only fit two chairs and tiny table. Cleaning is happening every 3 days and bed change once a week. In heat and hot weather is not good enough. Shower curtain got mould on it. Swimming pool dirty. Corridors had no light on on some nights, we had to use torches on our phones. Fridge filthy.Food is edible, not many choices for vegetarians. When I’ve asked for a bit of plain rice they pointed me to the rice that had bacon in it 🤦🏼‍♀️ . We don’t recommend Iro hotel at all. Definitely won’t be returning. This hotel should be shut or refurbished properly. With the right description and pictures

Мы отдыхали 12 июня в этой гостинице и хотим написать слова благодарности работнику по имени Арис,за его отзывчивость,внимание и человеческую доброту,успехов во всем ему и благодарных отдыхающих.располодение отеля прекрасное,есть все ,скучно не будет,пляжи рядом причем на любой вкус

en raison de travaux, nous avons été hébergé, sans supplément, au Central Hotel où la chambre était propre faite tous les jours, où le personnel est disponible, très agréable Petit déjeuner copieux et varié Possibilité de prendre un repas à 10 € par personne (honnêtement imbattable)

Hôtel en travaux. Chambre propre mais très spartiate Pas de double vitrage donc on entend tout les bruits de la rue. Heureusement que nous avons pu profiter des avantages de l'hôtel situé de l'autre coté du trottoir Très déçue de cet hébergement

We booked a twin room, what we actually got was two single beds side by side supported by building blocks! We decided to move one of them and put the frame on floor. You have to use the next-door hotels restaurant and the food is mediocre, there is a good selection of dishes but none of them are labelled so some times you are not sure what you are getting. The other hotel only does All Inclusive, this one Half Board so if you a drink with your evening meal you have to pay for it even tea or coffee. You can't even get a glass of water because they cover up the water dispenser.

L'hôtel iro est un peu vieillot pas très bien entretenu mais pour le prix ça passe par contre l'accueil très bien et la restauration on y mange très bien et l'avantage on a tout dans la rue principale et la mer et toute proche
